All services provided are subject to availability.  Along this line, if we have difficulties regarding the supply of products, we reserve the right to provide you with information or reimburse you the amount that you have paid, without any interest.

We reserve the right to remove any product/service from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process a service subscribed. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

The price of service/product will be as stipulated at all times on our websites, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product that you may have subscribed, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming the subscription at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the subscription will be considered cancelled and all amount paid will be reimbursed to you in full.

We are not obliged to provide you with any service/product at the incorrect lower price if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

You may use, as payment methods, the following: Visa, Master, NETS QR or PayNow via our UEN. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit cards details will be encrypted. Once we received your subscription, we will request a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete your transaction.

When you click “Confirm Payment”, you are confirming that the credit card is yours.

Payments by credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuing entity. If the entity does not authorize the payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the service/product and we will not be able to conclude any contract with you.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered once payment is done.

However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
